unavailable room poor communication
The swimming pool was clean and good.
The room I booked initially was not available. I was informed it was sold out even though I had already paid, including for early check-in. Only after I insisted on speaking with the manager did a room suddenly become available.

quiet retreat with friendly service
helpful staff quiet spot well kept grounds fruit selection
breakfast offered lots of fruit and an egg station i found that quite good.
the website indicated complimentary airport transportation both ways policies were not honored by the manager at check-in it was a little frustrating but was eventually sorted out

the hotel is a quick tuk-tuk ride to the city center a ride will cost only 2 usd it is a short distance away and convenient for accessing main attractions the surrounding area is tranquil. the hotel is far from the noisy areas
